Who's Lindsey A?
I am a community advocate, empowerment speaker, and strategist committed to building spaces where people and ideas can thrive. With a background in communications and years of experience working with nonprofits, schools, and civic organizations, I’ve built a reputation for turning vision into action and creating programs that uplift youth, families, and entire communities.
My journey began with a passion for youth empowerment and community wellness, which led me to create Vision Driven 757, Inc. Through initiatives like the Building Bosses Youth Empowerment Conference and Be Well Community Wellness Day, I’ve been able to support families across Hampton Roads in meaningful, impactful ways. My work has been recognized locally and nationally, most notably as a Health Magazine COVID Hero and a CoVA 40 Under 40 honoree 2024.
I also serve in the legislative space as a community liaison and internship coordinator, helping bridge the gap between policymakers and the people they represent. This work allows me to connect community needs with opportunities for real change.
Through my consulting firm, The Driven Collective, I help nonprofits, businesses, and organizations bring mission-focused initiatives to life. Whether I’m supporting a nonprofit start-up, curating community programs, or partnering with leaders to strengthen impact, my goal is always the same: create community and drive change.

From concept to implementation, I help organizations build effective, sustainable programs that make a real difference. I specialize in designing mission centered programs and events that meet community needs and create measurable change.
Legislative and Community Engagement Services
With experience supporting state legislators, managing interns, coordinating public events, and engaging constituents, I offer specialized services for elected officials and government offices. I help leaders build trust, communicate effectively, and deliver meaningful community impact.
